Returns and Refund Policy for Melly Baby Shop:
At Melly Baby Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Customers must present the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@mellybabyshop.co.za. Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC).
- Once you have received the RAC, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- Refund Options:
- For eligible returns, we offer two refund options:
a) Store Credit: We can issue you a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), which can be used for future purchases at Melly Baby Shop.
b) Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can refund the amount to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include but are not limited to baby bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, and personal care products.
- Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
- We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
